The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly dinner at the restaurant Cèpes. As a tea plantation owner, I have a discerning palate, and the chef's surprise menu delighted my taste buds with local flavors and innovative pairings. Each dish was presented thoughtfully, showcasing both creativity and precision. The restaurant's ambiance was serene, allowing for an immersive dining experience. Breakfast was equally memorable, with a delectable à la carte selection that set the perfect tone for the day. Having experienced various cuisines throughout Sri Lanka, I found the breakfast offerings refreshingly distinct and fulfilling. I appreciated the thoughtful touches in my well-appointed room, which included comforting seating areas that invite relaxation. With access to extensive hiking and biking trails, Sterrenberg seamlessly combines nature and luxury, creating a memorable getaway in the heart of the highlands.
